Retreats
Meditative practice deepens through continuity in daily life and is sustained through regular periods of dedicated retreat. Ven. Gendun currently offers five extended retreats per year β ranging from foundational vipaΕyanΔ and lojong to kriya tantra, Εamatha, mahΔmudrΔ, and more β available both live and online through the respective centers. To further support practitioners of the In-Depth Meditation Training (IDMT) and NgΓΆndro Lamrim Training (NLRT), two retreats on compassion and insight respectively are made freely available on this website each year.
